Accessing the 'Add New Product' Page

  1. Navigate to Product Management: In the TFX Biz-Flow dashboard, locate and click on the 'Products' tab on the sidebar.

  2. Initiate Product Addition: Click the 'Add New Product' button to open the product creation page.

Completing the Product Information Form

Product Details

  • Name: Enter the official name of your product or services as you want it to appear in the catalog.

  • Code: Assign a unique identifier or SKU to your product, aiding in inventory management and sales tracking.

  • Category: Select the appropriate category from the dropdown menu to classify your product, facilitating better organization and searchability.

  • Inventory Group: Choose the relevant inventory group to which your product belongs, streamlining stock management.

Pricing

  • Price: Specify the selling price of your product or service, ensuring it reflects your pricing strategy and market positioning.

  • Discount: If offering a discount, input the percentage off the original price. This will be calculated automatically in sales transactions.

  • Unit of Measurement: Define the unit in which your product is sold (e.g., kg, cm, pcs), providing clarity to customers and consistency for inventory tracking.

Location and Stock

  • Location: Click 'Add' to select the storage location for your product, aiding in precise stock management.

  • Availability Count: Indicate how many units of the product are currently available for sale.

Sales and Tax Information

  • Hide From Marketplace: Toggle this option if you wish to keep the product hidden from your marketplace temporarily.

  • SST Tax (% and Code): Enter the applicable Sales and Service Tax percentage and the corresponding tax code if relevant to your product.

Descriptions

  • Brief Description: Write a concise description of the product or service, which will appear on invoices. This should clearly identify the product/service and its key features.

  • Full Description: Provide a detailed description suitable for the marketplace. This should be comprehensive and highlight the benefits and unique selling points of your product/service.

Additional Options

  • Featured Product: Select this if you wish to highlight the product in your marketplace, making it more visible to customers.

Gallery

  • Upload Images: Enhance your product's appeal by uploading up to 8 high-resolution images. Click the gallery section to browse and select images that best represent your product/service.

Finalizing the Product Entry

  • Review: Ensure all entered information is accurate and complete. Double-check for typos, correct pricing, and that the best images are uploaded.

  • Submit: Once you're satisfied with the product information, click the 'Submit' button. Your product will now be added to the catalog and, depending on your settings, visible in the marketplace.
