Accessing the Customers Tab
Open the Customers Tab: From your TFX Biz-Flow dashboard, click on the 'Customers' tab located in the sidebar to access your customer management area.
Overview of the Customer Management Interface
The Customer Management Interface provides a panoramic view of customer interactions and financial details. It is equipped with analytical tools and actionable features, including:
Top 10 Customers by Revenue: A color-coded pie chart that visualizes your highest-earning customers, allowing for strategic customer relationship management and prioritization.
Financial Summary: A comprehensive summary detailing key financial metrics such as opening balances, total invoices, credit notes, payments, and total trade receivables for the selected period.
Utilizing Customer Data
Customer List: The main interface displays a list of customers with essential financial data, including sales, payments, and outstanding balances.
