Introduction to the Customers Tab

Within the TFX Biz-Flow Sell Module, the Customers tab is a vital component for maintaining robust customer relationships and gaining valuable insights into sales performance by customer. This guide will outline the functionalities of the Customers tab and demonstrate how to effectively manage customer data.

Accessing the Customers Tab

  1. Open the Customers Tab: From your TFX Biz-Flow dashboard, click on the 'Customers' tab located in the sidebar to access your customer management area.

Overview of the Customer Management Interface

The Customer Management Interface provides a panoramic view of customer interactions and financial details. It is equipped with analytical tools and actionable features, including:

  • Top 10 Customers by Revenue: A color-coded pie chart that visualizes your highest-earning customers, allowing for strategic customer relationship management and prioritization.

  • Financial Summary: A comprehensive summary detailing key financial metrics such as opening balances, total invoices, credit notes, payments, and total trade receivables for the selected period.

Utilizing Customer Data

  • Customer List: The main interface displays a list of customers with essential financial data, including sales, payments, and outstanding balances.

  • Customer Profile Access: Clicking on a customer's name will direct you to their detailed profile where you can view and manage their individual data.
